Born from a passion for superb barbeque and a desire to strengthen the bond within our community of Rochester, Indiana, Smo'Que Break BBQ was created in an effort to blend these two worlds together in one seamless, delicious experience.

We started a trial run in 2022 at our sister companies, The Dam Landing and Lake Max Beach Bar to see how the reception was. Turns out, our barbeque was pretty 'DAM' good. Fast-forward to April of 2023, and on the night of our soft opening, April 28, people lined up in the rain...and less than two hours later, we sold OUT! We're here to satisfy your hunger for lunch or dinner, and we're at the ready to cater your next event, too.
